MARCH 14, 11-1pm: COMMUNICATING FOR SUCCESS (DISC)

Great communication skills start with understanding yourself and how YOU communicate!  Once you do, it’s important to recognize the different communication styles of your clients, coworkers and family.  That way you can communicate in a way that meets people where they are and streamlines your message.

  • Discover how to build rapport with customers and coworkers by recognizing their communication style
  • How connection = relationship = trust
  • Learn to connect better with customers and coworkers
  • Create a communication plan for individuals who communicate differently than you do

APRIL 11, 11-1pm: IS YOUR YEAR IN GEAR?

It’s 2nd Quarter and time to assess your year so far.  Begin with a clean sweep of your life, then do a deep dive into designing your best remaining year ever.  We’ll focus on 8 key areas of life beginning with the end in mind!

  • Understand the importance of setting goals?
  • Using the Wheel of Life to determine priorities
  • Create a vision for your year
  • Develop a plan to implement your goals into your daily life

MAY 10, 11-1pm: THE POWER OF YOUR INFLUENCE

As professionals it’s important you learn to capitalize on your leadership power regardless of your title and learn how to build relationships that help you influence your clients, your coworkers and even your family.

  • Assess where you are on the 5 Levels of Leadership
  • Embrace the power of influence
  • Create a specific plan for each of the 3 key individuals in your sphere of influence
  • Identify areas to improve your connect-ability
  • Get comfortable leading up, down, and all around

 

SEPTEMBER 12, 11-1pm: 4TH AND GOAL

1st the 4th Quarter and time for a last push toward your goals for the year.  Just like a sports game, the 4th quarter can make or break the outcome of the entire game.  Learn how to mark your progress, set final goals, and get focused on your vital priorities for the rest of the year.

  • Create a game plan for the final weeks of the year
  • Discover a tool that helps you create your weekly priorities
  • Uncover and make a plan to remove obstacles to your success in the last quarter

OCTOBER 10, 11-1pm: TIME MANAGEMENT

  • Discover the keys to playing bigger in life
  • Understand what’s universal when it comes to self-doubt
  • Find out ways to let go of criticism and the need for praise
  • Recognize the ways that language (spoken or written) can add or take away your power

DECEMBER 12, 11-1pm: FIRST THINGS FIRST – SKILLS FOR MANAGING CHANGE

Change is tough no matter what, but it’s critical to learn how to identify the stages of change and how to more smoothly move your team through to the next stage.  We’ll reveal what you need in each stage and give you a roadmap for planning ahead to move people through as quickly as possible.

  • Implement specific management success strategies for each stage of the The Change Cycle
  • Differentiate between proactive and reactive change situations and identify the best skills to use with individuals and groups
  • Gauge where in The Change Cycle others are concerning an organizational issue by utilizing data from The Locator Assessment Profile
